The Royal-Hamilius project is located in the center of Luxembourg City. It combines retail, services, offices and housing as well as 650 parking spaces in an urban complex. The clearing in front of the Hôtel des Postes, the development of green spaces at the level of the future pedestrian area as well as on the roof, combined with the realization of the tramways, contribute to revitalize this part of the heart of Luxembourg. Royal-Hamilius represents a prestigious address for Galeries Lafayette, Fnac and other stores and has made it possible to revive the attractiveness of the commercial pedestrian area formed by Rue Aldringen, Grand-Rue, Rue Monterey and Rue Notre-Dame.
