The transformation of Dechert (Luxembourg) LLP’s 777 m² office space, located on the 6th floor of the recently renovated "Royal Park" building, exemplifies excellence in interior design and architecture. Completed within tight deadlines, the project utilized high-quality materials such as semi-massive oak and Calacatta Oro marble to create an elegant and exclusive atmosphere. A double-flow ventilation system and an active heating/cooling ceiling were installed to enhance energy efficiency and occupant well-being. This project has also been nominated for the Bauhärpreis 2024.
