Project description - Transformation and interior refurbishment of the ground floor of the BAD-1 building, including the creation of an additional wooden mezzanine level integrated into the existing structure, as well as the fitting out of new meeting rooms and various functional spaces for the Water Management Administration.

Mission - Provision of technical assistance and project management services for the conversion and refurbishment of the ground floor of the BAD-1 building. The assignment includes assisting the project owner, managing the interface between the building architect and the interior designer, supporting the coordination of the project management and contractors, assisting with the supervision of all works, and developing and monitoring the general and detailed schedule.
