Your Profile•
Educational Background: Master’s degree in civil engineering. A complementary background or proven exposure to MEP systems is considered a strong asset.
•
Professional Experience: Minimum
5 years of professional experience in project management or technical coordination of building projects, acquired within an engineering consultancy, design office, bureau de contrôle, or construction-related environment. Experience involving
multidisciplinary coordination (structure, architecture, MEP) is highly valued.
•
Language Skills: Professional fluency in
French/German and English is required. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage.
•
Technical Skills• Solid understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Ability to review and coordinate technical solutions across disciplines.
• Familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools, with demonstrated interest or experience in BIM workflows and
AI-enabled engineering solutions.
•

Your MissionAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the
coordination and follow-up of building projects, from design phases through execution:
•
Project Coordination: Manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring effective coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
•
Technical Oversight & Design Reviews: Supervise the technical quality of studies and works, perform design reviews and audits, and contribute to technical due diligence
analyses, ensuring compliance with project requirements, regulations, and best practices.
•
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main interface between clients, designers, contractors, and authorities, facilitating decision-making and project progress.
•
Planning, Cost & Risk Control : Monitor schedules and budgets, identify risks, and support mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle.
