PROJECT MANAGER (H/F) – BUILDING PROJECTS

Your Profile

Educational Background: Master’s degree in civil engineering. A complementary background or proven exposure to MEP systems is considered a strong asset.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management or technical coordination of building projects, acquired within an engineering consultancy, design office, bureau de contrôle, or construction-related environment. Experience involving multidisciplinary coordination (structure, architecture, MEP) is highly valued.
Language Skills: Professional fluency in French/German and English is required. Knowledge of Luxembourgish is an advantage.
Technical Skills
• Solid understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Ability to review and coordinate technical solutions across disciplines.
• Familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in modern project management tools, with demonstrated interest or experience in BIM workflows and AI-enabled engineering solutions.

Personal & Professional Qualities: Organized, autonomous, and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership. Able to manage priorities, anticipate issues, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Interest in innovation, sustainability, and high-quality project delivery.

Your Mission

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and follow-up of building projects, from design phases through execution:

Project Coordination: Manage construction and renovation projects, ensuring effective coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Technical Oversight & Design Reviews: Supervise the technical quality of studies and works, perform design reviews and audits, and contribute to technical due diligence analyses, ensuring compliance with project requirements, regulations, and best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the main interface between clients, designers, contractors, and authorities, facilitating decision-making and project progress.
Planning, Cost & Risk Control : Monitor schedules and budgets, identify risks, and support mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle.
